Cubed Steak - Country Style

4 cubed beef steaks
flour
salt & pepper to taste
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup water

Dredge steaks in flour, mixed with salt and pepper. Brown in hot oil with the onion. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook slowly, until fork tender, about 20 minutes.

NOTE: I prefer to put it in a baking dish and bake 1 hour, covered, at 350º
